Throughout your time here, you will learn how to live secure and unoffendable in God’s love. It’s a beautiful journey with the Lord, and we ask that you continue pressing in consistently to get all you came here for!

The Deep Vagal Breathing and Calm Place process will relax your nervous system by activating the amygdala (the fight/flight/freeze/fawn center of the brain) and help you feel more secure/ grounded in God.
This practice will change the way your nervous system functions and how well you process through your feelings. In life, and throughout this Program, responses like flight and freeze, will be activated at times – and the purpose of this Program is to help you to bring them into a place of calm and heal them here so you experience life differently out there.
Through SFA, you will learn how to heal within and lead your emotions by partnering with the Holy Spirit (because you are one with Him through Christ.) As 1 Corinthians 6:17 says, “The one who joins themself to the Lord is one spirit with Him.”
Go through this practice daily for the first 21 days of the Program, as it will help program your system to remember this subconsciously when you feel an ‘activated’ emotion or feeling inside.

Step #2: Introduce Yourself in the Facebook Group
Please go into The Set Free Academy Private Facebook Group and Introduce yourself to the amazing community of women you have just entered in to :). Make sure you are in the correct group for The Set Free Academy Clients, NOT the one for ‘The Experiencing God’s Love Intensive.’ 😉
You can do a LIVE video or post a written intro of who you are, something interesting about yourself and why you’ve decided to join The Set Free Academy. The ladies and coaches will welcome you with open arms!

Step #3: Learn about SFA Calls & Subscribe to the Call Calendar
GUIDELINES: Once you have introduced yourself in the Facebook Community, please click HERE to read the SFA Call Guidelines in the group. These guidelines help keep SFA a safe and supportive space for all of us as we learn to release hurt and live in His freedom. ❤️
SUBSCRIBE: Then you can check for a tab a few under this one called “Coaching & Inner Healing Group Call Schedule” or you can just click HERE to get to the page. Once there, you’ll get more information about the SFA Call Schedule, and be able to subscribe to the calendar.
CALL RESOURCE: Download the Starter Revelation Record HERE. Your only focus is to be curious about what God is revealing to you, and be compassionate with everything that come sup inside you.
Step #4: Begin Module 1 in The SFA Experiential Curriculum
You’re ready to begin your SFA Experiential Curriculum! You received instructions and your Login information in your Welcome email so check there for a step by step outline of how to navigate the Portal.
In addition to your SFA Workbook for each Module, I encourage you to get a special notebook that you can keep all your Set Free Academy notes in throughout your time here in the Program.
